"State Farm canceled my Homeowners Policy because they insisted my house needed a new roof, not because of any claim but because it looked old.  As a senior citizen, I found this problem challenging to finance because I live on Social Security benefits alone. Nate has been instrumental in reinstating my homeowner's insurance from his persistence over the last three months of 2024 and January 2025 in dealing with the State Farm Regional Office.  It took repeat submission of status documentation that my home was in line to be repaired by the roofer as State Farm had demanded to renew the policy, even though my financing took 8 months to find as I am a senior and disabled. Due to his repeat updating of the State Farm Underwriter evaluating my house with Nathan's forwarded photographs and documentation from the repairing contractor this month, my homeowner's policy was just reinstated this month (January 2025) and backdated to my renewal date in November 2024. This saved me from paying three times my former State Farm policy cost as I was planning to purchase a policy from the CA FAIR Plan that offered only fire coverage.
